TO RESCUE DOGS FROM COUNTY AND CITY SHELTERS AT RISK OF EUTHANASIA WHO ARE IN NEED OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE AND TRAINING TO PREPARE THEM FOR PLACEMENT INTO A QUALIFIED LOVING HOME.
