National Low Income Energy Consortium Inc

NLIEC brings together organizations and individuals from the public,private, and nonprofit sectors for the common purpose of increasing awareness of and eliminating residential energy and utility hardships and crises faced by low-income consumers. To accomplish its mission, NLIEC:  promotes interaction and builds partnerships among a wide range of stakeholders that work with, serve, or represent low income energy and utility consumers; explores, exchanges, and promotesinnovative ideas and successful efforts that help improve the ability of low-income consumers to access and afford energy and utilities; and provides links to resources pertaining to low-income energy and utility issues.
