WORKING WITH THE FAMILIES AND COMMUNITY, WE PROMOTE INCLUSION, DIVERSITY, COMPASSION, AND SUPPORT TO HELP CHILDREN PREPARE FOR A LIFELONG LOVE OF LEARNING. DISTINGUISHED BY TEACHING EXCELLENCE, RTELC IS COMMITTED TO ENSURING THAT THE NEEDS AND STRENGTHS OF EACH CHILD ARE REALIZED.
