THE ROSE TREE EARLY LEARNING CENTER (RTELC) IS DEDICATED TO DELIVER AN EXEMPLARY EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN A SAFE, NURTURING AND STIMULATING ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN DELAWARE COUNTY, PA. WORKING WITH THE FAMILIES AND COMMUNITY, WE PROMOTE INCLUSION, DIVERSITY, COMPASSION, AND SUPPORT TO HELP CHILDREN PREPARE FOR A LIFELONG LOVE OF LEARNING. DISTINGUISHED BY TEACHING EXCELLENCE, RTELC IS COMMITTED TO ENSURING THAT THE NEEDS AND STRENGTHS OF EACH CHILD ARE REALIZED.
