The mission of Vidwest is to support and extend the reach of independent media makers in Missouri by: hosting film festivals and showcases; providing facilities, equipment and a training to Missouri-based media makers; supporting Missouri media makers through grants and other fundraising; sponsoring, hosting and/or participating in other media-related and community events.
