Our direct labor staff is comprised of a combination of personnel with over 75% of the direct labor hours being performed by persons with severe disabilities.

💙 Cañon City Community Spotlight 💙 We recently had the honor of welcoming special education students from Florence High and Middle Schools to our Goodwill Cañon City store—and let’s just say, they blew us away👏 These incredible students crafted their very own superhero costumes using secondhand items, then marched in the Cañon City Blossom Festival parade alongside our Goodwill team. Not only did they show off their one-of-a-kind creations, but it was a celebration of creativity, inclusion, and the power of community. We’re honored to be part of their story — and proud to support opportunities that help every individual shine.
