BI-BETT'S GOAL IS TO CREATE CULTURALLY APPROPRIATE ALCOHOL AND DRUG-FREE ENVIRONMENTS IN WHICH ONE MAY EXPERIENCE PERSONAL AND SOCIAL GROWTH.
