Our goal is to act as a resource forthose facing extreme poverty and chronic instability by connecting them to local services. The HART philosophy isrooted in the idea thatresources must be accessible in orderto be utilized. Because most homeless services within SacramentoCounty are located downtown there exists a physical gap between services and many of the people who need them.
