The Healthy Start Coalition of Pinellas, Inc. Empowering Families in Pinellas County Healthy Start Coalition of Pinellas County improves birth outcomes through compassionate convenient and personalized prenatal care education and support for all pregnant families and babies across our community. Since 1992 we have been providing services to every pregnant and new family in Pinellas County. These services include Healthy Start Coalition connects with moms at their first OB doctors appointment or directly after birth to conduct a screening form to identify whether they or their baby are at risk for adverse health outcomes. There are multiple home visiting programs in Pinellas County that support families during pregnancy and during the first few years in the comfort of their own home.
