The organization's mission is to provide educational and informational forums concerning legal, procedural and administrative aspects of bankruptcy matters.Programs featuring speakers and panel discussions attended by bankruptcy judges, attorneys, CPAs and other members with an interest in bankruptcy matters. There are approximately six programs that are attended by approximately 40 - 200 members that benefit from the broad exchange of ideas.

Home About the Forum PURPOSE The Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum is a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation the purpose of which is to disseminate information provide public service and education and promote cooperation and efficiency in the bankruptcy and insolvency fields in the greater bay area. In addition the forum offers networking opportunities among members. MEMBERS Members of the Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum include accountants appraisers attorneys bankers bankruptcy judges business persons real estate agents brokers receivers workout and turnaround specialists and trustees. The Forums programs address concerns of all persons and entities affected by the bankruptcy or insolvency process.
