Boerne Leadersteps Our Mission Boerne LeaderSteps is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping high school students in Boerne ISD develop lifelong leadership skills and prepare for success in college and beyond. CELEBRATING 23 YEARS. Founded in 2001 LeaderSteps has impacted hundreds of local students who have gone on to experience great success in college and careers. Graduates of the LeaderSteps program have served in student governments started new service organizations and accepted positions in Fortune 500 companies becoming the leaders of tomorrow.
