Public Mediafor Wisconsin Educational Communications Board is a state agency that distributes K12 educational media public safety and public broadcasting services to Wisconsins residents. Educational Communications Board The Educational Communications Board ECB is charged with the responsibility of planning developing constructing and operating noncommercial radio and television broadcasting systems for the presentation of educational informational and public service programming and public safety communications for the people of Wisconsin. ECB also provides support for public medias K12 initiatives.
