The support group provides a sense of community and provides opportunities to meet likeminded people. San Mateo County Aging Disability Resource Connections mission is to provide a coordinated and equitable information and referral system for older adults and individuals with disabilities to help navigate available longterm services and support systems to promote personal choices and selfdetermination. Learn More About the ADRC CID Community HealthHealth Resources for Older Adults Individuals with Disabilities CID has received funding to create a program that will provide community education resources and individualized support related to COVID recovery including Long COVID illness for older adults and individuals with disabilities who reside in San Mateo County.
