Our vision is for all farm workers and their families to be treated with dignity and respect.CRLAF's goal is to help the rural poor improve their economic, social and political conditions and become more civically engaged in their communities. Our capacity to serve our communities comes from our organization's deep roots in, and longstanding institutional ties to, the largely rural, Latino and low-income communities where we work.
