NORTHWEST GEORGIA MARRIAGE INITIATIVE INC
Our belief is that Healthy Marriages lead to Strong Families and create Thriving Communities.Family Frameworks: A non-profit organization that originated under the Healthy Marriage Initiative, a Federal Grant that encourages communities to utilize resources to strengthen the bonds of families. Out of the children in our northwest Georgia community, 75% live in single parent homes. The goal of Family Frameworks is to increase the number of children being raised and nurtured in a home with both of their parents. Our belief is that dynamic family units start with the marriage. Increasing the number of Healthy Marriages in our community is our intention. This is done through our four main programs: Healthy Choices, How to Avoid Falling for a Jerk, Marriage Mentoring, and Date Nights. We care currently serving Whitfield, Murray, and Gordon County.
