Punky says, “no photos of my head please mommy! Too embarrassing!!” We had a great two days exploring Bend and now Zane is off to Chicago. I’m back to all the normal stuff which includes dealing with poor Punky’s new sore on his head. I ran a skin test on it before I left town and am still waiting for the results. I’m hoping it’s a dermatitis type thing, but it could also be a dreaded return of ringworm. 😔 I’m really, really pleading with the universe that it’s not. 🙏🏻 One of our big concerns when he caught ringworm was knowing that sometimes cats with very low immune systems/fighting cancer can’t really ever be completely rid of it. Truly hoping that’s not the case here. (We had three negative skin panels and cultures before this new sore appeared.) So once again fostering is put on hold while we figure this out, clean like crazy and hope for the best. Wish us luck. 🙏🏻✨🧡 (fb)
