Our mission is to promote and provide well planned, constructed and consistent professionally managed market rate homes to meet affordable housing needs and to provide our residents a nurturing, quality community in which to live and raise their families. Our efforts are provided to improve our residents’ lives and to assist them in breaking the cycle of poverty to become constructive members of their communities. The promise of a home in a safe community, along with the hope of ownership through our single family lease-purchase program, is the basis for “Breaking the Cycle of Poverty”. Management offers a wide range of programs designed to assist family growth. These programs are designed to provide an opportunity for our residents to become involved in their communities.
