Low Birth Weight Development Center
The mission of the Low Birth Weight Development Center is to respond to the needs of those having or are at risk of having a low birth weight infant through community-based, family-oriented support services. These services include: Early Head Start, teen parenting and mentoring assistance, parent education in fields of early childhood, GED, ESL, computer literacy, job skills and personal finance; infant mental health and research.
