Dots Friends - Dots Friends Rescue Outreach Our Mission Dots Friends is a 501c3 approved nonprofit dog rescue and outreach organization located in Huntsville Texas. We are a volunteerrun rescue whos mission it is to improve the welfare of the pets and pet owners in our community of East Texas by reducing the pet homelessness problem. Our main programs to support our mission are spay and neuter campaigns for ownedanimals and finding forever homes for our fosters.
