ZenergyMe Schools Foundation is dedicated to enlightening and improving the lives of children by building mindful life habits through mindful exercises. Partnering with schools to work hand-in-hand with teachers, educators, children and parents, our non-profit organization delivers an integrated mindfulness program consisting of genuinely crafted mindful exercises for teachers to incorporate into classrooms and for students to integrate into their daily lives. Teaching and practicing mindfulness via Mantras (affirmations), Meditations and Visualizations empowers children to achieve better learning and lays the foundation for a more fulfilling life; therefore, creating better young adults who in turn will create better communities and a better world!
