The organization exists to create social engagement within a worldwide cultural community. Through our regional and international activity and projects, we network a culture of engagement and creative empowerment worldwide. Integrating diverse communities and cultural activities through: social practice/oriented public art; events; interventions; films screenings; meditation programming and retreats; a regional radio program TUNING FORK FM; international virtual TUNING FORK video forum; advisory capacity for local SUNY campus; newspaper column WHY ART? For The Mountain Eagle, artist-led workshops; more, leveraging a culture of direct impact on sustainability, ecology and social equity.
