A no-kill animal sanctuary a.k.a. The Boo Boo Zoo. Committed to rescuing and rehabilitating injured, orphaned and neglected animals since 1977. Established in 1977, the East Maui Animal Refuge (EMAR) is nonprofit, volunteer-driven sanctuary. The organization takes in any animal of any species in distress that has no other individual or organization available to provide needed care. No fees are charged for any service we provide but donations are appreciated.
