SAN FRANCISCO SENIOR CENTER ("SFSC") IS OPERATED TO PROMOTE THE WELL BEING OF OLDER MEN AND WOMEN BY AFFIRMING THEIR DIGNITY, SECURITY AND USEFULNESS; PROVIDING A WELL-ROUNDED PROGRAM OF SOCIAL, RECREATIONAL, AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES THAT WILL ENCOURAGE FRIENDLY RELATIONSHIPS, DEVELOPMENT OF INDIVIDUAL SKILLS, AND SATISFACTORY INDEPENDENT SOCIAL LIVING; SERVING AS A COMMUNITY RESOURCE TO THE NETWORK OF AGENCIES WORKING WITH SENIORS IN THE SAN FRANCISCO AREA, AND; ENGAGING IN COMMUNITY-BASED ACTIVITIES FOR OLDER ADULTS, INCLUDING THOSE WITH DISABILITIES.

The Best Senior Centers for our - Sequoia Living Experience Connection at a Sequoia Living Senior Center Were a safe place serving older adults 60 and adults with disabilities 18 in San Francisco who need a creative outlet a space to socialize a gym to exercise and a place to learn. Whether you want to take a painting class complete a puzzle take a fitness class learn a new skill or have a hot meal lets get together soon.
