Island Elderly Housing Providing Affordable Rental Housing and Quality of Life Services on Marthas Vineyard Offering Homes For for the Low Income Elderly and Disabled Island Elderly Housing offers 165 apartments for the very low low and moderateincome elderly and disabled across four campuses in Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs on Marthas Vineyard. Who is Eligible. For some of our apartments an applicant must be at least 62 years of age and meet federal guidelines of very low income. For other apartments applicants can be nonelderly persons with disabilities.
