Atalanta NYC Inc
We are a NYC-based nonprofit that employs professional female runners to mentor young girls in our community. To foster, train, support and develop Olympic caliber female runners; to educate and inspire young athletes, in particular girls, to learn about running and how to use running and movement in a healthy and lasting way as part of their personal development; and to instruct and educate individuals of all ages and abilities on running through coaching and guided training activities.

Atalanta NYC is a New York City based nonprofit with two main goals We employ and support professional female runners so they can achieve their highest athletic goals and those same runners serve as core mentors for our youth mentoring program. Atalantas program is structured to enable its athletes to find a healthy and sustainable balance in their running lives and careers.
