CHCCC SEEKS TO INCREASE SAFE, QUALITY DAY CARE OPTIONS FOR PREDOMINANTLY LOW-INCOME MOTHERS IN OUR COMMUNITY, WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN TO CAPITALIZE ON THEIR CHILD-REARING SKILLS TO BECOME ECONOMICALLY SELF-SUFFICIENT.
