The Island Estates Civic Association IECA is a community organization comprised of local residents and business owners. Our mission is to promote the safety welfare spirit and the unique lifestyle of the Island Estates community. We strive to promote the interests of our community and assist and support our members. We represent a clearing house for matters of community concern and interest gain consensus and speak as a uniform voice of the community to local government.
