Ourmissionis to end poverty by empowering people and improving lives. ChelanDouglas Community Action Council is a private notforprofit corporation primarily serving the residents of Chelan and Douglas Counties. We also serve Okanogan Grant Adams and Lincoln Counties through our AmeriCorps programs. We assist individuals and families to move out of poverty into a lifestyle that promotes a safer and healthier living environment.
