SAIL uses education and connection to create inclusive communities with a specific focus on marginalized gender identities and sexualities. SAIL seeks to promote understanding and awareness for all through intersectional, change-oriented training and consultation tailored to your needs. Our unique approach incorporates intergenerational and diverse voices. AMPLIFY* is the foundation of ALL advocacy and educational work of SAIL. These are youth groups open to all LGBTQIA+ and allied youth ages 11-25. AMPLIFY is youth led by using mentoring across different ages to empower youth in the acquisition and implementation of advocacy and leadership skills through the youths own projects. *AMPLIFY - Advocacy, Mentorship, Partnership, Leadership and Inclusivity for youth.
