501C3 founded by combat vets focusing on healing and connection via recreational therapy. THE SHEEPDOG COALITION WAS ESTABLISHED WITH THE AIM OF HARNESSING THE TRANSFORMATIVE POWER OF NATURE. OUR MISSION IS TO UTILIZE RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES SUCH AS HUNTING, FISHING, HIKING, AND SURFING TO FACILITATE HEALING, REIGNITE CONNECTIONS, AND FORGE NEW FRIENDSHIPS AMONG SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMBAT VETERANS WHO SHARE SIMILAR EXPERIENCES. WHILE NOT ALL COMBAT VETERANS MAY HAVE PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS, THEY OFTEN BEAR UNSEEN PSYCHOLOGICAL AND SPIRITUAL WOUNDS FROM THE RAVAGES OF COMBAT. OUR DIVERSE COMMUNITY CONSISTS OF BUSINESS OWNERS, EXECUTIVES, POLITICIANS, SALESPEOPLE, RETIREES, AND CITIZEN SOLDIERS, ALL UNITED IN OUR PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE, MIRRORING OUR SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMBAT VETERANS' UNWAVERING DEDICATION DURING THEIR SERVICE. OUR ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO ESTABLISH A RESILIENT SUPPORT SYSTEM THAT PREVENTS FURTHER LOSS, FAILURE, OR SELF-INFLICTED HARM AMONG OUR COMRADES.
