The Good Life’s mission is to provide multigenerational support for our Black and Latin American families. Although most of our lifestyle classes are tailored for older adults, we are expanding classes to embrace midlife adults and children. Any community member is only as strong as the community that supports them. We seek to support the community that supports the care and wellbeing of America’s most vulnerable Black and Latino older adults. The Good Life () supports all Black Americans on their path to health and wellness. La Camino Buena Vida () supports all Latin Americans on their path to health and wellness.
