Jacob Shufelt Foundation We created this foundation in 2022 to honor the memory of a 9yearold boy that did not get his healing here on this earth. Jacob Andrew Shufelt fought leukemia for just over 2 years and passed away on September 3 2021. Jacobs memory will live on by spreading his love and light through to others. Our foundation provides support services to families that have lost a child due to cancer.
