The corporation is organized, and at all times shall be operated, exclusively to receive and administer funds for charitable purposes. Consistent with the foregoing, the specific purpose of the corporation shall be to receive and administer programs, funds, and other resources to facilitate, financially support, enhance, and promote the physical, mental, and emotional health of individuals and families who have experienced pregnancy loss and otherwise support and enhance awareness of pregnancy loss in the community, including advocating for improvement of standards of care in the health care community.
