CA Transcends Global
California TRANScends is a statewide initiative that is working to promote the health and wellness of transgender people throughout the state of California, with a focus on Black and Brown transgender communities. The initiative aims to strengthen statewide and national coalitions to work collaboratively to provide a rapid response to combat human rights abuses, health disparities, intolerance, scarcity, and societal oppression that target and disproportionately impact the transgender community. We are developing a solid network of statewide California-based transgender-led groups to formulate statewide policy agendas to promote health equity for transgender Californians.
