Each day a local restaurant or retailer prepares nutritious and delicious meals packages them individually and loads them into our insulated delivery bags and hot boxes. Volunteers pick up the meals midday and deliver them along with a smile and conversation to older adult neighbors and friends throughout our delivery area. More than just meals Valley Meals provides a daily connection to members of the community our friendly volunteers as well as a safety check for our more geographically isolated meal recipients.
