Utilize boxing and fitness programming to encourage physical and personal development for youth and adults using effective and research-based coaching and mentorship for the purpose of decreasing at-risk behaviors among youth and adults and increasing community awareness and involvement relating to encouraging social and healthy lifestyles for at-risk youth and adults.
