MITCHELL CHANG FOUNDATION
The Mitchell Chang Foundation was formed after three-year-old Mitchell drowned at his swim school. It is the foundation's wish to build safety-conscious playgrounds that spark joyful play, encourage imagination, and create life-long memories in his honor. Since the foundation's goal is to provide joyful, interactive play to all families in San Antonio, it is partnering with the City of San Antonio to build Mitchell's Landing. This will be the city's first public inclusive playground for the San Antonio parks system. A playground for all families to experience uninhibited joy.
