Home | CBPHC Together we will make a difference Who We Are Cote Brilliante Presbyterian Housing Corporation CBPHC was incorporated in 1998 as a 501c3 in response to the deterioration of housing and decline in education in north St. Louis City with a goal to rehabilitate and construct housing as well as provide services to benefit residents of metropolitan St. Louis. Grant funding contributions and collaborations with other nonprofits allowed us to provide an extended hours afterschool program assist residents with rental and utility assistance provide financial literacy workshops technology training programs and gardening training to help eliminate food insecurity and provide healthy food options.
