The Awareness Project Home Promoting Mindfulness Through Art What We Do We make mindfulness accessible to all by hosting free mindfulness meditation sessions. We share mindfulness practices by collaborating with senior centers libraries etc. We promote mindfulness by creating shows in collaboration with local artists.
