Welcome Child Food Choking Prevention Education Providing the tools necessary to combat a child food choking event About Us Our History Our History Our History JTs Law is a NY Public Health Law and Foundation named after a charismatic little boy who died by choking to death on a hot dog at the age of 3 while on vacation with his family in Disney World in 2003. JTs Law is a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization. JTs Law has been instrumental in educating thousands of caregivers through its social media platforms training caregivers in choking rescue procedures by conducting FREE workshops and equipping schools with the LifeVac a portable airway clearance device used to dislodge item from choking victim Our Mission Our History Our History Our focus is to provide education on statistically documented high risk choking foods for Young Kids and to empower caregivers with preventative measures and choking rescue procedures and devices to combat a child food choking event. Young Kids means children i under the age of 5 ii with missing or loose teeth iii with the inability to sit still properly and iv with special needs.
