Adopt Rocky! He is a loving, friendly, low energy, 3 yr old male Great Pyrenees mix. He is tall and lean, weighing around 75 pounds. Rocky does great at dog parks, he loves playing and being close with other dogs. He does well with kids and lets them approach him for petting. While shy around new adults, once he bonds with you, he is a big lover. Rocky is fully house trained, does well in the car, and is great on the leash. He has no need for a crate and can hurt himself when confined to one because he does his best to escape it. If he initially has separation anxiety, that will improve as he gets comfortable in his new home. Rocky doesn’t bark very much. Rather than bark at things that make him uncomfortable, he prefers to avoid. Rocky, the lover, is looking for his forever family to spend the rest of his days with. Rocky is currently in a foster home in DFW, Texas. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere. All SPIN dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention. Skye had her hip surgery yesterday! She is doing well and sleeping a lot. She has the sweetest smile 💜 Sophie (in pink) was lost without her friend overnight and kept trying to barge out of their sleeping room, which she never does. They were very happy to see each other today when Skye came home. They have both been good with children, as seen when our grandson visits and neighbor kids give them loves. They are getting along well with our dogs too. We have very much enjoyed the sweet and gentle nature of both dogs. 💕 🐾 Skye is an 8yr old female Great Pyrenees and Sophie is 4yr old female Great Pyrenees, they were found as strays together. We believe they were dumped after being used for breeding. They are a bonded pair and will soon be available for adoption.
