Friends of Lexington Music, Art and Drama Students, Inc. (FOLMADS) awards grants to support the music, visual arts and drama programs at the Lexington Public Schools. The Board of Directors reviews grants proposals from members of the faculty and makes grants awards after receiving and considering input from the Coordinators of the Fine and Performing Arts departments. FOLMADS awards an annual scholarship to a college-bound senior from Lexington High School who intends to study music in college. The funds to support this scholarship are administered by the Trustees of the Public Trust, Lexington, MA.
