Regional Center of the East Bay provides intake, assessment, diagnosis, case management, and service Regional Center of the East Bay, Inc. (The "Center"), a California NonProfit Public Benefit Corporation under contract with the state of California Department of Developmental Services ("DDS"), was formed in 1975 to administer programs for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, which includes diagnosis, counseling, education services, and dissemination of information on developmental disabilities to the public. The Center is one of 21 Regional Centers within California and serves over 26,000 individuals in the Alameda and Contra Costa counties.

Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC) and Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) are thrilled to announce our upcoming Deaf Plus Conference 2025 Saturday, September 13th Fremont Downtown Event Center 3500 Capitol Avenue, Fremont This event is dedicated to raising awareness about intellectual and developmental disabilities within the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Deafblind communities, open to everyone who is part of the DeafPlus community or interested in learning more about this community.
