The City Of Refuge Enterprise (C.O.R.E.) is a Reformation Center that serves as a safe space for at- The mission of C.O.R.E. is to transform disenfranchised, underserved, and at- risk youth into productive citizens who will serve their communities and generation in integrity and courage. Recognizing the need for programs and initiatives to support prison reform measures (preventative, rehabilitative, and reintegration), C.O.R.E. will provide: mentorship, life-skills training, job-readiness training, meals, and temporary housing as a means of addressing the whole individual.
