WOMEN TOGETHER REDEFININGWHAT39S POSSIBLE FOR WOMEN AND GIRLS Women Together empowers women and girls to achieve the economic independence confidence and solidarity to transform their futures together. Through peer to peer skills transfer education access to land and funding to launch cooperative businesses women and girls are supported to build a better world for themselves and their communities. Our Story Women Together emerged from the understanding that the communities thrive when women are valued and empowered. For two decades the founding members of Women Together worked in traditional models of global health and development and witnessed the wasted resources and lack of progress that result when the social and economic barriers facing women are ignored and their immense skills knowledge and capacity are overlooked.
