Sparkplug Education Program mission is to eliminate underprivileged youth of getting poor grades, abusing drugs or alcohol, engaging in sexual activity, and becoming victims of crime or victimized while out of school. Our purpose is to motivate underprivileged youth to 'ignite the power within' themselves to become leaders, who are committed to making a positive impact within their communities.
