Home Sacramento Horse Patrol American River Parkway Volunteer Equestrian Trail Patrol ARP Equestrian Trail Patrol rides the 23 miles of the American River Parkway as well as Gibson Ranch Dry Creek Parkway trails acting as eyes and ears for the County of Sacramento Department of Regional Parks. The Horse Patrol is a nonProfit organization founded in 1995 primarily to promote safety in the use of park property and facilities to create good will and to assist the general public and County Park employees. Qualified Patrollers attend meetings and support American River Parkway events and activities. We appreciate your interest in our Horse Trail Patrol please visit again.
