HOOKED ON FISHING-NOT ON VIOLENCE (HOFNOV) mission is to foster youth violence prevention programs targeting under-served children and to inspire, educate, empower, and close the opportunity divide, while preparing vulnerable youth and young adults to become contributing members of their families and communities in the Sacramento California area.
