Our Social Innovation and Impact Institute (Si3), the first of its kind, in Ethiopia is a training and research center for more than 70% of 114 million people who are under the age of 30 to be entrepreneurs, innovators, and educators. - Catalyze a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship by helping young entrepreneurs develop their innovation and business ideas towards growth and success. - Provide technology and entrepreneurship training to young aspiring entrepreneurs, providing seed funding (in the form of grants) to the most promising entrepreneurs among those trained individuals.
