The Corporation serves as a subsidiary of Social Enterprise Foundation Corporation SEFC who has common control of its administrative and educational services. SEFC created the Corporation in July 2017 but registered the Corporation as it own nonprofit in July of 2019 for the soul purpose of offering educational scientific professional advocacy and supportive role of all affairs of the the Corporation including any or all lawful affairs for which non-profit corporations may be organized hereunder. The Corporation is also organized to operate exclusively pursuant to and within the meaning of Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law.
