The specific purposes of this organization are to enhance the quality of life of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families by providing leadership and training that promotes and supports the following Service Principles: 1. All families and individuals with developmental disabilities receive services when needed. 2. Individuals design, control, implement and identify the desired outcomes of their services. 3. The Culture and Values of the individual determines and guides all supports and services. 4. Services demonstrate respect for the rights, dignity, and safety of all individuals. 5.
